Welcome to Catherine Hannah Therapies

You are not broken, you never were.

Non-Clinical

You are whole human, not a set of symptoms to treat. Your experiences are seen in the context your whole life (& trauma background) rather than diagnosing or labeling.
If you do have a mental health diagnosis that helps you know yourself better, this is always honoured.

Trauma Aware

Trauma has a profound impact. It is not only the event or events that took place, but the aftermath and how you developed to survive. Being a trauma-informed therapist means we see your present challenges through the lens of past experiences, ensuring you feel safe and in control through the process.

Connection Focused

Humans can hurt within relationships, but we can also experience great healing. Re-doing safe relationships is the cornerstone of therapy and healing. The focus is on the connection built between us.
